Scott serves as CEO of Atmospheric Plasma Solutions, combining his technical product development experience with a strong record of spearheading transformative growth strategies. His expertise spans a diverse spectrum of innovative funding approaches, from leveraging governmental and commercial R&D to orchestrating venture capital, strategic investments, and successful forays into the public market.

Scott’s strategic acumen has steered the accumulation of hundreds of millions in investment across various technology-driven enterprises, catalyzing exponential growth and the breakthrough launch of industry-defining products.  His market experience includes US Navy anti-submarine warfare, satellite communications and sensors, 5G communications, optical communications and sensors, RF and millimeter wave wireless communications and sensors.  Before charting the course at APS, Scott held the pivotal role of COO at Isotropic Systems, a UK-based enterprise trailblazing the world’s premier multi-beam flat panel phased array terminal for satellite communications across Low Earth Orbit, Medium Earth Orbit, and Geostationary Orbit. Prior to this, his tenure as President at Nuvotronics saw him successfully grow the company and position it for acquisition by Cubic Corp. in 2019. Nuvotronics specialized in pioneering microwave/millimeter-wave components and subsystems utilizing additive manufacturing for defense and commercial applications.  Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, his MSEE from Virginia Tech, and he holds 3 patents.
